Whidbey Island Grown Grapes  

Description:

Until recently Cabernet Franc has been used as a blending grape, but alone it yields a medium-bodied red with lively tannins, a prominent aroma and flavor of dark cherry, and an earthy quality. Two full years of barrel aging in French Oak imparts a moderate oak flavor.
